The final reveal takes us upstairs, where the entire level was reworked to feel open, connected and fully integrated into the home.

What was once a separate apartment now includes a bedroom with access to a full hall bath, a second laundry area, linen storage, a loft, and a primary suite with a new walk-in closet and ensuite bath. The former half bath was converted into the full hall bath, and the entry area was opened up to create a much more spacious landing outside the bedrooms.

What was once an undefined first-floor space was completely reworked to create a kitchen, living area, bar, powder room and laundry closet — completely changing the way this part of the home looks, feels and functions.

From the new layout to the finishes and all the details that brought it together, it’s hard to believe this is the same space we started with.

What started as a mixed-use property has been completely transformed into a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath single-family home.

For the first reveal, we’re starting at the front with the exterior, entry, first-floor bedroom and full bath. A lot of planning, time and hard work went into transforming this property from what it was into the home it is today.

This one was truly a team effort. Huge shoutout to Brad Cornett and Andrew Wilson for the countless hours, hard work, craftsmanship, and attention to detail they put into bringing this transformation to life. We also truly couldn’t have made it happen without Dru and Ayden, who put in many hours of hard work helping us get it across the finish line.

Now fully renovated and on the market, ready for its new owner.

Today we turned a couple of Miami students into men; we have here 140 sheets of 12-foot drywall. Thanks to the delivery driver this morning who got this down the alley your a monster. And it's already a hot one out there; stay hydrated today if you work in the trades or are a first responder. Go Redhawks!!!
