Before stain or finish is applied, hardwood floors need a smooth, properly prepared surface. Professional sanding removes scratches, old finishes, and imperfections while preparing the wood for a beautiful, long-lasting result. It's one of the most important steps in the refinishing process.

There's no one-size-fits-all flooring.

Hardwood offers timeless beauty and can often be refinished for years to come, while luxury vinyl plank provides durability and easy maintenance for busy households. The best flooring is the one that fits your lifestyle, not just today's trends.

Scratches, dull finishes, and years of everyday wear don't always mean you need brand-new hardwood flooring.

Professional refinishing removes surface wear and reveals the beautiful wood underneath, often saving homeowners money while extending the life of their existing floors. Have you ever wondered if your floors could be refinished instead of replaced?
