The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are currently open for business, but are implementing new procedures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Below are some of the steps we are taking at this unprecedented time.
SHOWROOM AND SHOP
1. We will be taking the temperature of all workers prior to starting work. Employees with fever will not be allowed to work.
2. All tools and equipment will be wiped down with disinfectant between jobs and periodically through the day.
3. Employees will periodically disinfect their hands for their safety and others.
4. All customers visiting the showroom will have their temperature read via no touch thermometer. All customers and related group will be asked to leave if fever is indicated without exception.
5. Employees will disinfect all common touch points and surfaces periodically throughout the day. We will be following the CDC’s recommendation using a solution of bleach and water.
6. Customers will be instructed to leave samples out. We will disinfect all samples before returning them to the display tower.
7. Follow Social Distancing during off time to avoid contact with the virus.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
1. We ask that all customers follow the CDC’s guidelines. If any family member becomes ill we ask that arraignments will be made to delay the installation until such a time that the environment is safe for our employees.
INSTALLATION CREWS
1. We will be taking the temperature of all workers prior to starting work. Employees with a fever will not be allowed to work.
2. All vehicles should be wiped down with diluted household bleach or alcohol solutions with at least 70% alcohol. This should be done every morning, between trips and at the end of the day.
3. All tools and equipment will be wiped down with disinfectant between jobs and periodically through the day.
4. Employees will periodically disinfect their hands for their safety and others.
5. Follow Social Distancing during off time to avoid contact with the virus.
COMPANY POLICY
All employees should follow the CDC’s Guidelines to stop the spread of germs at work and in your home:
1. Avoid Close Contact with people who are sick
2. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, the throw the tissue in the trash.
3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
4. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
5. Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care.
6. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
