Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardscape Installer to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and decorative stone features. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments that meet our clients’ visions. This position offers an energetic work environment where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will shine, contributing directly to the success of each project. Duties:
-Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are on hand.
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute designs for hardscape features.
-Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut, shape, and install materials such as concrete, brick, stone, and pavers.
-Lay out and install hardscape components with precision, ensuring proper leveling, alignment, and aesthetic appeal.
-Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to create durable structures like retaining walls or steps.
-Conduct inspections during installation to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
-Collaborate with team members on site management tasks including construction management and site safety protocols.
-Utilize hand tools such as caulking guns, trowels, hammers, and saws efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
-Assist in restoration projects or remodeling efforts that involve hardscape elements or related construction tasks.
-Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly.
Experience
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This is a rapid advancement opportunity for the right individual, show us what you know and you can earn the title a Foreman in a couple months.
