As the saying goes, a photo is worth 1,000 words.
What you can see here is an incredibly clean, AMAZINGLY polished, well-maintained, best-in-class heavy-haul tractor-trailer and rollback truck.
Now, what you can’t see are the weeks of long days and late nights. The 70+ hour workweeks and the sweat that goes along with it all. Instead of being home resting after a long day, knowing another long day is coming tomorrow, he still stays to get the trucks ready.
So why do all of this? All for a few trophies? Not quite. It’s something much deeper than the trophies, the recognition, and the shining metal. It’s the care. It’s going above and beyond anything we could imagine. It’s the creativity to see what others don’t see. It’s the pride in everything, down to the smallest detail.
CJ is the definition of an outstanding employee. Road-Con does not move without CJ, and we cannot thank him enough for all the long hours and late nights he puts in, not only when preparing for a show, but through the dedication he brings to work every single day!
