Getting into the final stages of my latest project. The part where the fine details matter, and attention to detail is paramount. You can tell how much a tradesman cares about their work by the end result, and whether they cut corners along the way or not. It all shows in the end. We will have a very nice space here in the end. Paint, trim all around, some doors, hardware, handles, toilets, etc are left yet. And the best part of all, the flooring, which will make it pop and bring it all together.
I had to pour Henry 546 self leveling underlayment to correct the floor that was out of level about 1.5” in one spot, which created a valley type area in the center of the walkway. That’s no problem with today’s materials. Vanity is in and all plumbed; everything’s square, plumb, and level. Draining beautifully.
Have to install the handles on the drawers and doors and seal the perimeter with color matched silicone that matches the counter top, fine details.
