While K Torluccio Property Services completed the fire pit installation, our team at K. Macken Landscaping, LLC. transformed the surrounding space with new landscape beds, plantings, mulch, and decorative tiki torch lighting to create a warm and inviting outdoor environment.

First cut on this new sod install and the transformation came out excellent. Clean stripes, full coverage, and a healthy green stand already establishing nicely. The privacy screen along the property lines really frames the yard and gives it a finished look. Great before-and-after comparison showing the full renovation from rough grade to a polished lawn.

From concept to completion.

This project started with a custom 3D landscape design that allowed the homeowner to fully visualize the layout, planting beds, and overall curb appeal before installation began. We then brought the design to life with a complete landscape renovation and planting installation.

The finished project included:

* New landscape bed layout and grading
* Decorative river rock accents
* Premium black mulch installation
* Ornamental shrubs, evergreens, and perennial plantings
* Lawn restoration and finishing touches throughout the property

The goal was to create a clean, timeless landscape that complements the home while adding color, texture, and year-round interest. Seeing the 3D rendering become a finished outdoor space is always one of the best parts of the process.
