🏆 WE’VE BEEN NOMINATED — FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW! 🏆
We are incredibly proud to share that Concannon Plumbing, Heating & Gas has once again been nominated for the 2026 Metro South Community’s Choice Award for BEST PLUMBING COMPANY!
This one means a little more when we stop and think about how we got here.
Before moving to this area, Michael and I owned and operated a very successful plumbing company in Boston, East Coast Mechanical. And when we say we did it all — we really did. From massive 30-building new construction projects to remodeling entire blocks in the city, we took on projects of every size and built a business we were incredibly proud of.
When we moved, we made the decision to close that chapter. Michael went to work for another large plumbing company here in Massachusetts, and for a while, we thought that part of our lives was behind us.
Then COVID happened.
During that time, we kept hearing stories from homeowners who were struggling to find reliable service — people being overcharged, taken advantage of, or dealing with workmanship that simply wasn’t what it should have been.
We knew there was a need in our community for a different kind of service company. One built around some pretty simple principles:
❤️ Honest work. Quality workmanship. Fair treatment. And taking care of people’s homes the same way we would want someone to take care of our own.
So, in 2020, we decided to start again.
This time, we created Concannon Plumbing, Heating & Gas, with a focus on providing reliable, quality service directly to homeowners in our community.
And it was literally just Michael and me.
No big team. No huge operation. Just the two of us, a lot of long days and late nights, and a commitment to building a company we would be proud to put our family name on.
Fast-forward six years…
❤️ That little two-person company has grown into a team of FIVE.
And now, for the THIRD YEAR IN A ROW, our community has nominated Concannon Plumbing for BEST PLUMBING COMPANY! 🏆
That means more to us than we can put into words.
We know there are many plumbing companies you can call. Every time someone chooses our small family business, recommends us to a neighbor, shares our name in a local Facebook group, or trusts us to come into their home — it matters.
