Another basement transformed in Oscoda, MI! 💪

This floor came with an extra challenge: high moisture levels in the concrete.

Moisture is one of the biggest reasons floor coatings can fail when the concrete isn’t properly tested and prepared. For this project, we installed a heavy-duty moisture v***r barrier before applying the rest of the coating system, helping protect the finished floor from moisture coming up through the concrete.

The result? A clean, durable floor built with the conditions underneath it in mind — not just something that looks good on day one.

At Mammoth Surfaces, we don’t believe every concrete floor should get the exact same treatment. We evaluate the condition of the concrete and build the coating system around what that floor actually needs.
