Started demo this week on our Flip House. House has existing maroon metal rough. We were thinking of black facia black soffit with black windows and white vinyl siding. What are your thoughts?

16’ x 30’ two-story garage edition with New Mediterranean palm vinyl siding. Just called for rough inspection and we’re waiting on the garage doors.

This is one of my favorite greens out there for vinyl siding.

Here is a screen Porch we started today. The screen will be 8’ x 13’ nice and open this project will be finished with PVC tongue and groove interior with vaulted ceilings puck lighting with teak flooring. Check back in the coming weeks for the Finish product.

Covered Back Porch, we are wrapping up on a new Construction home on Lake Ogamaw. Composite decking with PVC wrapped post will be maintenance free for years to come
