💰 Another successful claim for my client!

Not every claim starts with a low payment. In this case, the insurance company made a substantial initial payment, but that didn't mean the claim was fully and fairly valued.

Through a detailed review, documentation, and negotiations, I increased the total claim value to 191%.

This proves an important point: A large initial payment doesn't always mean you've been fully compensated. Insurance estimates can still miss necessary repairs, underestimate costs, or overlook damage.

My job is to make sure the final settlement reflects the true cost of restoring your property, not just the insurer's first offer.

When a water loss occurs, proper mitigation is critical. In this case, a condominium owner experienced water damage, and the carrier's desk adjuster approved only limited mitigation efforts. Unfortunately, the mitigation proved insufficient, resulting in mold growth throughout the condo.

Although the homeowner was eventually approved for the removal of the damaged carpet, obtaining the benefits necessary to properly restore the property became an ongoing challenge. That's when Kurek Claims LLC stepped in.
