Our Griffith Veterinary Hospital project was featured in The Detroit News! The article discusses the state of mass timber construction in Michigan!

A growing number of projects are being planned and built using mass timber — large wood panels and beams that are pushed together producing a sturdy material that's more fire-resistant than common lumber.

This winter threw everything it had at us! What seemed like endless snow and brutal cold did not stop our dedicated trades from completing all rough electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.

Reaching this milestone on this project is especially meaningful, as our client is rebuilding after a devastating house fire in 2024. We have worked with them from square one to rebuild, and now with this home taking shape, the end is in site.

It’s hard to pick just one, but the primary bath in our Bingham Ln project may be the crown jewel of the home. Every detail carefully selected by came together to create a truly incredible space.

A project we completed over 20 years ago just hit the market! This timeless classic, listed by our friends , looks just as good today as the day we finished. The project included a new living room with a large 4x8 peaked skylight and limestone fireplace, and a paneled cherry library with coffered ceiling. Exterior details included a new cedar roof, bluestone patio, and paver driveway.

This beautiful, and functional, fireplace anchors this equally beautiful kitchen! The custom Grill Works grill was a must have for our client, but incorporating it into this renovation presented many challenges. We worked with structural and mechanical engineers, and many specialty suppliers to make our client’s dream a reality.

These longer days have us dreaming about firing up the blender in the cabana & afternoons by the pool! We added this cabana area with an indoor/outdoor bar area, and a covered outdoor living space on our Bell Vine Trail project.

The surgical prep and treatment area at is perhaps even more impressive than the lobby! The wood CLT ceiling and timber structual members throughout the space were left exposed, providing warmth in this sterile surgical environment.

This incredible space is open for business Monday! It has been a journey, from conceptual design through C of O, but we could not be more pleased with this beautiful structure. Hats off to for helping all parties involved step outside of their comfort zone by proposing mass timber for this project. It took a leap of faith for the team at and to use mass timber for this building, but they now have one of the most unique veterinary hospitals in the country!
