The future of craftsmanship walked through our doors last week.
We were excited to welcome students and families from Hamilton High School to Glenn Rieder for a hands-on look at advanced manufacturing and millwork. Their interest and questions showed us that the next generation is already thinking about their future and where their skills can take them.

Skilled trades offer real opportunity through apprenticeships, trade schools, and learning by doing. Millwork is a craft worth pursuing. It is precise, creative, and shaping the spaces people experience every day.

Thank you to the students who visited. We are cheering you on as you explore your path, and if that path leads to millwork, we’d be proud to see you thrive here. 🙌

They tackled a team-building challenge at Escape the Room, finishing with 2 minutes and 43 seconds to spare, then wrapped up the day with dinner alongside executives Tom Donohue and Ben Gover.
