Here's the third video of the water damage header that we had to replace. Now we have to wait for the aluminum to show up so that can be installed and then we could transfer the load back to the aluminum post.

This is a crazy video, if you see the videos of the bridge that we had to do for a condo association this is the same development. They called us up to come back and repair something another contractor completely messed up. It's crazy how these alleged license contractors do such horrible work

This is video number two, the 2x10 header has excessive water damage and is crumbling. We discovered the water damage came from a previous roof that was leaking sometime before 2019

I see so many people posting on Facebook in different groups but they cannot post a license. Attached is our contractors license every two years we have to renew it so in 2028 I will renew it again for 2030

We have our other crew working outside in the heat, and boy is it hot they're in direct sunlight we do have a small covering that the guys will stop and take breaks in and stay hydrated. This job minutes
