Our 3-Step Concrete Cleaning Process
1. Pre-Treatment
Before we surface clean, we apply a professional pre-treatment to the concrete. Concrete is a porous material, meaning mold, mildew, algae, and organic growth don’t just sit on top—they can grow inside the pores of the concrete. Pre-treatment begins breaking down and killing that organic growth before the pressure-cleaning process.
2. Professional Surface Cleaning
We then use professional surface-cleaning equipment to thoroughly and evenly clean the concrete. This removes the loosened dirt, grime, organic buildup, and staining while producing a much more consistent finish than simply using a pressure-washing wand.
3. Post-Treatment
This is the step many companies skip. After surface cleaning, we apply a post-treatment that targets remaining organic growth within the porous surface. It also helps brighten and even out the finished appearance while slowing down the return of mold, mildew, and algae.
Our process guarantees cleaner driveways for much longer and we do not etch the concrete by using High Pressure.
