"Berry Homes was highly recommended to us by several people, and while looking for a contractor to build our dream home we kept hearing great things about them. All of these great compliments were nothing short of the truth.

It didn’t take much to trust in the Berry’s after having our first conversation over the phone & meeting with Mrs. Berry in person. From that very moment, she invested the time to walk us through every step of the process- including the search to find the perfect property to build our home. Mrs. Berry was patient and knowledgeable on both the financial side and helping us design our future home.

The ideas and details the Berry team provided were invaluable. They knew functionality was our priority while helping us blend our vision of building a modern farmhouse-style home.

"My intention when beginning my home building process was to interview three home builders and then determine
who’d be able to bring our vision to life. Monica was one of the two that took my initial meeting without any
commitments. She not only met with me for hours to answer each and every question about the home building
process, but she also did so after hours; that was one of the first things that stuck with me. From our initial
meeting to closing day, we found the Berry’s to be genuine, transparent, and they always let us know what to
expect in each and every phase of our home build, even if it wasn’t always going to be exciting. Every person on
the Berry Homes team that we came in contact with was helpful, friendly, and professional. Monica was able to
share her wealth of knowledge and experience, review our floor plans, provide constructive feedback, and
consistently had a suggestion or two for us. Not only was she helpful with anything and everything, but she was
also very educational on the loan process. As first-time loan borrowers, we couldn't have asked for a better
experience. Esmer was very kind, always organized, and quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. Lonna was
invaluable with her design advice. Her suggestions and eye for our desired modern farmhouse style were next to
none. I’m not sure that we would’ve ever decided on much of anything if it wasn’t for her. Lonnie’s eye for detail
was very evident. Whenever we thought we had found something that needed work on our home, he was already
on top of it prior to us bringing it up. He also had many suggestions that ultimately played a big role in our home.
Every time that we stopped by our home, and he was on site, he’d give us a quick run through of what was getting
done, what was going to be done, and what we could expect in the following days and/or weeks. The entire
process followed the timeline and budget that we were given from the jump. One of the things that we
appreciated the most was that although Monica, Lonnie, and Lonna constantly gave us advice and told us what
they’d do if they were in our shoes, they always made it clear that all decisions were ultimately up to us. The first
time we met Monica, she greeted us with “we’re small but we’re one of the best” & a year later, we completely
agree. The Berry’s are simply good people who will treat you like family and in the end only want to help provide
you with your dream home. We couldn’t be happier with our home and our home building experience with Berry
Homes. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to build in the RGV!"

We were getting started on our last model home, but someone had other plans. Before we could pour the foundation these wonderful customers fell in love with the design we had already planned and the floor plan and made it their own along the way.
