This congregation entrusted us to design a beautiful new building for their church, which included a beautiful brick façade and spacious, airy interior areas. We added classroom and office spaces, a large kitchen, a nursery, and a tall lobby to greet visitors as they arrive for worship and programming. The New Beginning Christian Church is doing great things in their community, and we’re glad they have a fantastic space that can facilitate that important work!

The Raleigh office of Colonnade Dental provided a new location for Dr. Mark Stephenson, a UNC Dental School graduate with over 30 years of experience. Dr. Stephenson had an office in Fuquay-Varina for many years, but chose G&G Builders to design and construct the new location. Patients enjoy very unique interior features—including high sloped ceilings that allow beautiful natural light into the office from large second-story windows.

We knew there'd be no room for mistakes when we took on the task of constructing a building for the Johnston County Sheriff’s Fleet Services Division, which provides quality preventative maintenance of vehicles in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner. Even though it was some time ago, G&G is still grateful and proud to have been involved in this important work!

This project involved the fit-up and renovation of an existing shell building into Raleigh Apex Hitch, a company that sells and installs car and truck trailering components and other accessories. We were pleased to construct a shop with three car lifts, as well as a new breakroom, restrooms, an office, storage, and a large sales and display area. The polished concrete flooring and “diamond-plate” sales counter create an atmosphere of luxury and professionalism for these fine folks.

G&G Builders was pleased to construct a brick building for Four Oaks Fire, providing three garage bays as well as some helpful indoor spaces. These include a day room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and an office and communications room. Nearly a hundred volunteers through Four Oaks Fire have taken on the duty of continuing a century of wonderful service to their community.

We completed a total transformation of an old building into a state-of-the-art new gym. We removed old wooden siding, repaired rotten framing, replaced the insulation, installed new metal siding and windows, established a storefront entrance, reworked and installed new plumbing, completed an electrical and HVAC overhaul of the building, and removed part of the second story to create a mezzanine overlooking the workout area.
