After the job we did on Wendell Falls AFC, G&G Builders was honored to be chosen to completely renovate an old bank building in Sanford, NC, and convert it to an amazing new urgent care that will serve the surrounding community with compassionate and professional expertise. We helped design an interior that is both comforting and efficient for the amazing staff to handle many different medical needs.

On November 20, 2023, the Wake County Board of Commissioners approved a construction contract with G&G Builders for the Apex Main EMS Station. The new facility is approximately 4,300 square feet and features three emergency response unit bays, state-of-the-art dayroom with the latest communication technologies, kitchen and dining space, supervisor’s office, bathrooms with showers, locker room, multi-purpose room, and support space.

The first Parkside Restaurant was built in the Warehouse district in Raleigh in 2016, and it was such a success that a wonderful site was selected for a second location: Treelight Square in Wendell. We were proud to work on the restaurant from the ground up—interior and exterior! From the warm red brick and reclaimed barn wood-clad bar to the NC solid poplar tabletops, Parkside seeks to welcome guests for a stylish, comfortable dining experience. Check it out.

Did you know that G&G Builders was founded in 1975 by the father-and-son team of Jimmie and Randy Greene? The business was founded on integrity and the delivery of a high-quality product!

G&G constructed a brick building to match the existing structures already present. This structure included a beautiful set of classrooms, hallways, stairwells, kitchen, a choir room, and a fellowship hall. We enjoyed this project immensely, and continue to wish the fabulous congregation of Oxford UMC the absolute best!

Buckthal Orthodontics contacted G&G years ago for assistance in constructing an office building that would extend their service area to Eastern Wake County. The project included a beautiful reception area, offices and a breakroom, a laboratory, an X-ray room, sterilization spaces, a treatment area with six chairs, and shell space for a future tenant to lease.

Did you know that up to 43% of young adults leaving foster care experience homelessness? We teamed up with CASA (Community Alternatives for Supportive Abodes) to support their goal of establishing an apartment complex to serve this population. Located on Method Road in Raleigh, this 10-unit project was designed from the ground up to be a refuge for those in this underserved population.
