Sitting just beyond the banks of the scenic Lake Chelan, this home is designed to be a wonderful environment to host the next family barbecue or birthday party. This building was designed to add to Cashmere, Washington's growing downtown district. It contains office spaces and a retail area on the ground floor the to be the home of a production company. Upstairs is a one and two bedroom apartment, each having private and public balconies. The roof is lined with windows, flooding the living spaces with natural light. Private and public parking surrounds the building, giving the residents, workers and visitors easy access to the building and the growing downtown of Cashmere including two great restaurants on the same block.
