They called it “finished.” We called it a warm-up. 🫣
There’s a big difference between a basement that’s technically “done” and a space you actually want to hang out in. We ripped out the old 1990s panel board, the drop ceilings, fixed the lighting, and rebuilt this lower level from the studs up.
