Another Foundation Wall Saved!

This Islesboro, Maine home had a cinder block foundation wall that was cracked and bowing to the point that daylight was coming through.

To keep the home protected and structurally sound, we installed our patented StableLock Wall system. We pour a new concrete wall with specialized bracing to support the home and prevent the failing wall from collapsing. StableLock Wall installation does not require major excavation or jacking up the home, making it a less disruptive solution.

Wow! May ended up being the 8th wettest in over 150 years in Portland. The wettest we’ve had in 20 years. Portland saw 7 inches just in May, which is nearly the 2-month average for the city.

Helped out this homeowner in Gardiner with a few failed lally columns. We got them set up with SmartJacks to stabilize the floors and keep things from getting worse.
