✨ Cozy Living Room Refresh!

As the weather cools down, there’s nothing better than a warm, inviting space to relax and gather. This living room got a fresh new look with a modern stacked stone fireplace as the focal point, complemented by a wood mantel and flooring that bring warmth and character to the room.

The result is a cozy, welcoming space that’s perfect for chilly evenings and time spent together.

🏡 Thinking about making your own home feel a little more like you? Whether you’re dreaming of a simple update or a bigger remodeling project, Rand Contracting would love to help bring your vision to life.

Our clients wanted to trade their jacuzzi tub for a larger walk-in shower, creating more room and allowing additional natural light into the bathroom. The existing shower area was transformed into a storage closet with a stackable washer and dryer, adding both storage and convenience.

The result is a bathroom that better fits the way our clients wanted to use their space.

Have a space that isn’t working the way you’d like? Whether you’re planning a full remodel or simply need help updating your home, we’d love to help. Reach out to Rand Contracting to get started!

How Rand Contracting all began 💖

Back in 2001 — before we were married and before we started our business. These pictures were taken at a Wendy’s David was working on and Peniela was there helping with the construction clean.

(David was showing the proper way to mop. 😆)

A small detail that makes a big difference 👇

When designing your shower, think about placing the shower valve or diverter where it can be reached without having to step fully into the shower. It’s a simple upgrade that improves convenience and makes everyday use much easier—especially when you’re just trying to get the water temperature right before getting in.

Smart placement = a better shower experience every time.
