A little before and after or a project we just completed in Sandwich. This customer was having issues with water in this area, so we set this patio on a 12” bed of 3/4” stone with 2” of 3/8” chip stone screeded evenly on top to give it a permeable base to help control the water shed from the surrounding Hardscape. We also regraded the side access, installed a berm with some new privacy planting, installed some new steppers and finished it off with some nice new sod!
