We took care of this ceiling patch for a customer that had a vent pipe leak.

We cut out the old drywall, added new insulation, patched the drywall,
Taped and finished the patch, then primed.

🚧 House/Barn Exterior paint and stain 🚧

We finished up this job the beginning of the week.

We prepped and pressure washed both decks along with the whole house and facia boards.

We applied two coats of valspar exterior forest green paint on the front and all of the green trim.

We applied two coats of Valspar exterior white paint to both sides and back along with the white trim.

We applied Cabiot stain on the decks steps and railings to help protect the decks for a few more years.

🚧Porch remodel🚧

We removed the 4 sliding glass doors and aluminum that was wrapping the porch post.

We sanded stained and polyurethaned the entry door and new wood to wrap the post.

We cut all the wood to fit and installed around the porch posts.

Major difference in this homes curb appeal!

🚧 Basement and Room remodel 🚧
This job was a lot of work! We completely demolished the basement. Putting up new walls, leveling the floor, laying new floors, fixing outlets, putting in lights, repainting, and so much more making this basement perfect for an office, second livingroom, craft room, and more.
We also redid a room upstairs! Repairing drywall, removing carpet, laying new floor, and repainting!

When other companies tell you it can’t be done we find a way!

This customer had a very odd size door for the basement so we had to make some modifications. But we did what we do best and got the job done!

🚧 Sliding glass door install 🚧
Reliabilt 300 series from Lowe's Home Improvement

We installed a new sliding glass door upping the curb appeal and installed a new hose bid for ease of use this summer!

What we did:
Removed all the outside trim, the little trip step, all the trim on the inside, and the old sliding glass door.
Adjusted the opening to fit the new door.
Installed new sliding glass door.
Cut down and added new pvc trim to the outside for weather protection
Siliconed everything on the outside of the new door.
Cut down and added new 1x4 wood around door on the inside so it could be finished off with trim and added a piece of quarter round in front of the door on the inside as well to finish the transition between the floating floor and door.
Door handle and lock set was installed along with the screen door.
Installed a new hose bid for the customer! No more fighting the old broken hose bid to water flowers or wash their cars!
