🏠 Making More Room Without Starting Over!

This homeowner wanted to turn unused attic space into functional living space, so we made it happen.

We removed the existing roof and old rafters and installed attic room trusses, completely changing the roof structure and creating usable space upstairs. What started as a traditional roof is now being transformed into an entirely new area of the home — without having to build a whole new house.

Projects like this are a great reminder that sometimes the space you need is already there… it just takes the right plan to unlock it. 🔨
