Backfilling the foundation is an important step in setting this home up for long-term performance.

While the waterproofing system we use allows for organic backfill, the Sineath standard is to backfill with washed stone during this phase. It’s one more way we help improve drainage, protect the foundation, and build with longevity in mind.

A kitchen with a little color, a lot of warmth, and the kind of natural light that makes the whole room feel alive.

We love the way these deep green cabinets ground the space, while the white tile, warm wood floors, brass details, and oversized window keep everything feeling bright and fresh.

Today was a special day.

This pro bono home, built alongside for a deserving family through , was officially handed over.

After everything this family has carried since Helene, it was incredibly humbling to stand together, pray over the house, and help create a place where they can begin moving forward with peace, stability, and hope.
