⚡ MEET THE TEAM: HARLEY HUMPHRIES ⚡

Harley has been working with us for the last 3 years and in the electrical field for a couple more. He first became interested in the trade because his best friend is also in the electrical field, and his favorite part of the job is getting to do something different every day.

When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him hanging out with his fiancée, preferably with a plate of chicken-fried deer steak nearby.

A couple of fun facts about Harley: he’s left-handed, his go-to saying is “Let ’er rip, tater chip,” and his co-workers would say he has good work ethic

⚡️ A CAREER WITHOUT THE TRADITIONAL COLLEGE ROUTE ⚡️

Becoming an electrician is more than learning how to wire a building, it’s learning a skilled trade that can turn into a lifelong career.

You can start as an apprentice, learn on the job, gain real-world experience, work toward your license, and continue building your skills (and earning potential) along the way.

We’re big believers that education doesn’t always have to happen in a traditional classroom. Sometimes the best education comes with a tool belt. 🔧⚡️

Skilled trades need the next generation. If you know a young person trying to figure out what comes after high school, encourage them to take a look at the trades. They might just find a career they love.

There’s something about small-town Saturdays. 💙

When we aren’t doing 4B stuff, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find us in a gym somewhere watching volleyball. 🏐

Between work, volleyball, lake days, projects around the house, and trying to squeeze in a little downtime… our weekends stay pretty full, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

What does your weekend look like? Ball fields? Lake? House projects? Absolutely nothing? 😂
