Today, we honor the men and women who have served and sacrificed to protect the freedoms we often take for granted. Their courage has given generations of Americans the opportunity to build, serve, worship, and pursue their dreams.

We’re excited to share that JRJ Construction has officially received our Certificate of Occupancy and has begun the transition into our new headquarters in Weatherford.

This building represents far more than brick and mortar. It stands as a testament to God’s faithfulness, the dedication of our team, and the relationships that have helped shape JRJ over the past 38 years.

As we begin this next chapter, we remain committed to the same mission that has guided us from the beginning: building projects, serving people, and leaving a legacy beyond construction.

JRJ Construction is hiring a Ground-Up Traveling Superintendent to support our growing Fuel Division.

This role will primarily oversee fuel station construction projects, with some projects including full-site development such as convenience stores and related structures.

We’re looking for someone who can lead jobsite operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain quality standards, and help drive projects forward with excellence and professionalism.

This is a travel-based position, with Superintendents overseeing one project at a time and temporarily residing near assigned jobsites as needed.

Last month, our team had the opportunity to serve at a Trinity Habitat for Humanity Build Day—and it was a day well spent.

We put our skills to work on truss day, hustling hard to get everything set in place. It was incredible to see our team use their gifts in craftsmanship to make a tangible impact.

Even more than the work itself, it was the people—working side by side, serving with purpose, and being part of something bigger than ourselves.

We’re grateful for the opportunity and proud of our team for showing up and serving well.
