Nobody talks enough about the courage it takes to try.
To take an idea seriously enough to risk something for it.
To leave what’s comfortable.
To put your own money on the line.
To start before you know how everything will turn out.
And to keep showing up when the excitement wears off and the responsibility sets in.
Because starting a business takes courage.
Building one people trust takes years.
There are easier ways to make a living than putting your family name on every job and being responsible for every decision.
But there’s something special about looking at a business you built and knowing it exists because you were willing to try.
More than two decades later, we’re still building.
Still learning.
Still taking chances.
Still putting our name on our work.
And if there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s this:
You don’t have to know how far you’ll go to have the courage to begin.
We’re grateful for how far we’ve come and even more grateful for the people who helped us get here.
