As Service Professional Installer, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation of heating and air conditioning systems. Ideally you have prior experience in the HVAC industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Specific Responsibilities:
* Can startup installed equipment and adjust to the manufacturers and job specification.
* Can troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise during an installation that would keep the equipment from functioning properly.
* Communicate with the consumer regarding the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment. Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the homeowner.
* Perform required documentation for each installation with a complete startup record. Have client sign necessary paperwork and collect payments as directed.3+ years HVAC installation experience.
* Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems.
* Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems.
* Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
* General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems.
* Test and balance duct systems for proper airflow.
* Understand and apply all codes for residential and commercial.
* Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customers as well as company.
* Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors, and customers
* Can work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures.
* Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.

Job Requirements:
* Experienced Residential HVAC
* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
* Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
* Excellent communication skills
* Professional appearance and personality
* Must be drug-free and be able to pass new-hire and random drug screenings.
* Must be able to pass a background check.
