Vantage Construction Services is a turnkey deep foundation contractor based out of Weatherford, TX. Vantage is looking to add drilled shaft / foundation crews specializing in the transmission line & substation industries. Positions include; Superintendent, crane operators, drill rig operators, concrete finishers, CDL drivers. This is a 100% travel position with projects across Texas, Louisiana & New Mexico.

Qualifications:

- Must have prior foundation drilling / transmission line experience
-10+ Years commercial or heavy civil construction experience preferred.
-Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents including contracts and specifications.
-Experience in scheduling, supervision, quality control, and management of civil construction projects.
-Thorough knowledge of construction practices and methods
-Proficient knowledge of construction related reports, workforce management assignments and capabilities, Construction Engineering Capabilities.
-OSHA 10/30 Hour Construction Card required.

HIRING - BOOM TRUCK OPERATOR - WEST, TX

Vantage Construction Services is a turnkey deep foundation contractor with primary focus in the T&D, heavy industrial, and oil & gas industries. Vantage's equipment includes the use of RT cranes, boom trucks & Tadano crawler cranes.

Qualified candidates must be local to Midland-Odessa, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and have a clean criminal background along with a good driving record. Experience in Transmission Line construction or oil & gas is preferred. Send resume to [email protected]

- ABLE TO ASSIST IN CREATING LIFT PLANS

- ABLE TO BE OUT OF TOWN 1 - 2 WEEKS AT TIME (as required)
