BIG CHANGES HAPPENING AT ELR 3!

Things are getting exciting at our East Lake Remodel #3!

Today, we’re taking things to a whole new level… literally! The front roof is coming OFF to make room for an extension to a bedroom and a brand new bathroom!

And we’re just getting started! Lots more framing, big transformations, and exciting progress coming soon!

Sometimes you have to tear things apart to make room for something even better!

Stay tuned… this one is going to be GOOD!

They say good things come to those who wait… and GREAT things take a little extra time! 🙌🏼

We’ve been patiently waiting for this day, and the concrete is FINALLY poured! Another big milestone in what is going to be one incredible lake remodel!

This one is getting a MAJOR transformation, and trust us when we say… you won’t even recognize it when we’re finished! 🤩

Big changes. Big vision. And SO much more to come!

The views from this lake house are already pretty spectacular… and we haven’t even started framing the THIRD FLOOR yet! 🤩

Every level just keeps getting better. We can’t wait to see what that top-floor view looks like once the framing goes up! 🌊☀️

Stay tuned… the best view is still to come. 👀

Every great home starts long before the concrete is poured.

Our team has been hard at work planning every detail—from foundation forms and pier layout to preparing for the concrete pour. Once that’s complete, it’s time for the in-ground plumbing and electrical work that will support this home for generations to come.

Building a home isn’t a one-person job. It takes a village of skilled craftsmen, trusted trade partners, and a team committed to doing things the right way. We couldn’t ask for a better village than the one we’re blessed to work alongside every day.

The foundation is being set, and we can’t wait to bring this East Lake V new build to life. Stay tuned—this is just the beginning!
