🏠 A Quality Roof Starts Beneath the Shingles

When replacing a roof, we don’t simply cover the existing materials with new shingles. We remove the old roofing felt so we can properly inspect the roof decking underneath.

Checking the decking is an important part of the process. It allows us to identify damaged, weakened, or deteriorated areas that need to be addressed before the new roof is installed.

Once the decking is inspected and any necessary repairs are made, we install fresh underlayment before laying the new shingles — giving your roof the proper foundation and protection it needs.
