Corey’s Construction is growing, and we’re looking for a New Home Consultant to join our team! We’re growing! 🎉 Megan isn’t going anywhere—we’re adding another New Home Consultant to our sales team!
But this isn’t just a sales position. We’re looking for someone who loves working with people and wants to help guide families through one of the biggest and most exciting decisions of their lives — building a new home. ❤️
From the first conversation to move-in day, you’ll help clients choose and personalize their home, navigate pricing and financing, make design selections, coordinate their home order, and stay informed throughout the building process.
🏠 What You’ll Do:
Build relationships with prospective homeowners
Help clients find the right home for their needs and budget
Guide home design, selections, features & upgrades
Prepare pricing and help clients understand their investment
Coordinate financing steps, contracts & home orders
Stay connected with clients throughout their homebuilding journey
Help keep our Model Center looking its best
Participate in open houses, home shows & special events
Work toward monthly and annual sales goals
🙋♀️🙋♂️ Who We’re Looking For:
Someone who is friendly, confident, organized, detail-oriented and great with people. You should be comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end.

🚗 Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license required
