A local business was having some electrical/data work done and one of the employees of the out of state contractor slipped and stepped through the ceiling. That contractor emailed us and we were more than happy to assist. The paint is still wet in the after pics, but we did do a color test and it dried and blended wonderfully.

We were asked to build a wheelchair/handicap accessible ramp on the back of this home connected to the existing small deck. We tried (somewhat unsuccessfully ) to beat the heat and work earlier in the day to get this completed, and finished up with the railings this afternoon. The homeowner and her daughter are very happy with the outcome and have asked us to come back in the fall to seal the lumber and add a small concrete pad to connect the ramp to the existing carport.

The floor in the kitchen of this little rental home was old and had old water damage that turned it soft in areas and the old peel and stick tiles had seen better days. We went over the existing floor with new plywood and finished off with the homeowner's choice of waterproof plank. It's a much improved look, not to mention much safer, for the tenants.

This little rental home had some old T1-11 on an addition that was in need of repair and replacement. Instead of replacing the wood siding, the homeowner opted for vinyl siding and decided white was the best option to blend. We also did some other small repairs that we didn't photograph, adding crawl space vents, patching holes in walls, repairing kitchen cabinets and replacing door weatherstripping.

Some time ago the back half of this chain link fence was removed so the homeowner could have some trees removed. We discussed several options in materials with the homeowner and they chose black chain link to redo the fenceline on this property. We worked the last couple of mornings (due to the sun and heat) and completed this fence from where the old chain link ends to the back corner of the property.
