Behind the Build: Mindray North America 👷

Before the finished spaces come together, there is a lot happening behind the scenes.

At Mindray North America, the transformation of the 27,567 square foot facility included interior demolition, framing, structural modifications, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, accessibility improvements, and detailed finish work throughout the space.

From behind the walls to above the ceilings, each phase required careful coordination between our team and trade partners to keep the project moving forward ⚙️

Project Milestone: Mindray North America 🎉

An exciting milestone at Mindray North America as the team recently gathered to celebrate the newly transformed space.

Following months of progress throughout the facility and surrounding site, Donnelly Construction is proud to see the project reach this stage and the vision for the space come to life.

The 27,567 square foot renovation includes updated workspaces, conference areas, employee spaces, accessibility improvements, upgraded building systems, and new finishes throughout the facility.

We are proud to celebrate this milestone alongside the Mindray North America team and everyone who has played a part in bringing the project together.

Project Update: Norwalk Club Studio

Work continues to move forward at Norwalk Club Studio in Norwalk, CT, with key interior elements now taking shape throughout the space.

The Donnelly Construction team is progressing through interior framing, drywall installation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as ongoing work throughout the pool and fitness areas. With multiple trades working across the site, each phase is bringing the project closer to its finished vision.

As construction advances, we are excited to continue bringing this new Club Studio location to life and share the progress happening behind the scenes.

Safety Tip Thursday: Hard Hats

Hard hats are one of the simplest and most important pieces of protection on a jobsite.

A proper fit, regular inspection, and consistent use can make a major difference when it comes to protecting against falling objects, impacts, and other jobsite hazards.

Before work begins, make sure your hard hat fits securely, check it for signs of damage, and replace it when necessary.

Safety starts with the choices we make every day. Lead by example and help keep the entire crew protected.
