Progress Update – Waycross, GA

Big progress happening in Waycross!

After evaluating the project, we decided to remove the entire existing roof structure and raise the ceiling height throughout the home so that the existing house and new addition will have a consistent ceiling elevation from end to end. This will completely transform the appearance, improve the flow of the home, and give it a much more modern and open feel.

A huge thank you to our crew for pushing through the 100-degree temperatures and making tremendous progress. The team did an outstanding job getting the structure prepared for the next phase while maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Coming Up Next:

✔️ Install block stem walls for the addition
✔️ Pour the concrete slab
✔️ Extend the new roofline across the entire structure
✔️ Install new windows and exterior openings
✔️ Begin mechanical rough-ins (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing)
✔️ Continue framing and structural improvements

The planning has started, and we’re now getting ready to begin lot clearing, site preparation, and construction mobilization as we take the first steps toward bringing this incredible home to life!

Commercial project update here in Waycross, Georgia. We are grateful to be working on this convenience store renovation and helping bring this property back to life for the new ownership team. This project includes a full exterior refresh and site improvement package!

Scope of Work Includes:

• Full exterior building Paint
• Pump station painting and restoration
• Parking lot striping and repainting
• Curb painting and safety markings
• General exterior cleanup
• Exterior touch-up repairs
• Pressure washing and surface cleaning
• Repainting of high-traffic commercial areas

Stem wall and footer are complete, and the project is moving right along. The next phase will include dirt compaction and final grading preparation, followed by termite treatment before moving into the rough-in stage.

Once compaction and treatment are completed, we will begin:

• Rough-in plumbing installation
• Electrical rough-in preparation
• Final slab preparation and inspections
• Concrete slab pour

We are excited to continue progressing on this custom home and getting ready for the next major phase of construction.

This project has officially moved into the final punch list and walkthrough phase prior to closeout.

Commercial Office Renovation – Lawrenceville, Georgia

Our team is making great progress at this commercial office renovation project in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We are currently installing 6,250 square feet of LVP flooring, and everything is coming together very nicely.

A special thank you to David Contreras for overseeing the project and working through the weekend to help ensure the project is completed and ready by Monday. We also want to recognize the entire crew — all six team members — for their hard work, dedication, and long hours on this project.

Dual Business Commercial Suites

This new firewall is now in place, and up next we are now installing the fire-retardant insulation along with fire-retardant paint to ensure everything meets commercial code inspection requirements.

After inspections are completed, we will move into installing the fire-rated 5/8 drywall and begin working on the FRP, plumbing, and final finish-out stages of the project.

CUSTOM HOME UPDATE | COFFEE COUNTY GA.

Footer inspection passed today and we are officially preparing for the concrete pour on the foundation footer.

Block stem wall installation is scheduled to begin Monday. Once the stem wall is completed, we will move into the fill and compaction phase, bringing the pad up to grade with approved fill dirt and properly compacting the area in preparation for the rough-in plumbing phase.

Once the fill dirt is delivered and properly graded, the pad area will also be professionally treated for termites prior to the plumbing and slab preparation stages.

We are excited to move into the next phases of construction as we prepare for the final slab pour and coordinate delivery of the lumber package so framing can begin shortly after.

Everything is moving forward smoothly and on schedule, and we are excited to continue progressing on this project.
