Water on large acreage is an engineering decision before it's ever a dig job 💧

We size the main for what the property will need years from now, so adding service later is a simple tap instead of a new dig. The trench is cut to depth and the pipe is bedded in sand to protect it from heavy equipment and shifting Texas clay, then every run is pressure tested before it goes into service. It's the groundwork the rest of the build depends on, and it's part of the full buildouts we handle for large properties across North Texas.
