This part of the build hits different.

You start with plans, dirt, framing, and long days. Then one day you’re walking through real rooms and seeing the whole vision come together

Back on this metal building for another upgrade.

After previously adding a bolt-up kit to the original structure, this visit was for installing motors on the roll up doors. It’s always a good feeling getting to continue working on projects as they grow.

One of four retail buildings on this property is up.

This first metal building is 6,000 sq ft total and will be split into three separate retail spaces, each around 2,000 sq ft with its own restroom and shower.

Still to come: brick exterior, paving, sidewalks, and the final interior finishes.
