Important Notice Regarding Volunteer State (James Conaster)

To our valued customers,

We want to inform everyone that Tristar Carports LLC is no longer affiliated or partnered with Volunteer State, owned by James Conaster. Our business relationship began in May 2026 and ended in June 2026.

As July 2026, James Conaster is not authorized to represent Tristar Carports LLC, sell on our behalf, or accept payments for our company. His dealer portal has been permanently deactivated, and we no longer have any communication or business relationship with him.

We have also had multiple customers tell us that they were informed James Conaster owned Tristar Carports LLC or was a partial owner of the company. This is not true. Tristar Carports LLC is independently owned, and James Conaster has never been an owner or partner in our company.

If you received a quote, signed a Tristar Carports order form, or made a payment through James Conaster or Volunteer State, please contact him immediately. At this time, we do not have any active orders or payments associated with him in our system.

We are sharing this information because we do not want any confusion or negative customer experiences to affect our small, family-owned business. We take pride in providing honest communication and quality customer service, and we want to ensure every customer receives accurate information.
