Story Hill Renovations is honored to have two projects completed in the last year named finalists in the 2026 Milwaukee Magazine Home & Design Awards.

Our Interior Designer Karly’s Punk Rock Powder Room proves that even a small space can leave some of a home’s strongest design impact. A sculptural marble sink, dramatic wallpaper, and thoughtfully layered details come together in a design that feels bold yet respectful of the 1922 Milwaukee home.

In Wauwatosa, Interior Designer Rachel transformed a dark, cramped galley kitchen into a light-filled, highly functional gathering space. Not only did she double the kitchen’s footprint while improving circulation and storage, she also created a new layout that feels cohesive and connected to the character of the nearly 100-year-old home.

Achieving both transformations required significant detailed upfront planning, and close collaboration among our clients, designers, project managers, and trade partners.

We are proud to see both projects recognized among Milwaukee’s leading residential design and renovation work!
