Currently looking for CSR in the Milwaukee area. We are staffing for a local BPO located in Wauwatosa area and looking for highly motivated outgoing individuals excited to assist the community by helping people qualify for free phones and service with Assurance Wireless (participating in the Government Life Line Program)

Pay depends on the schedule you choose:
Monday-Friday is paid $600/week
Monday -Saturday is paid $900/week
Plus a possibility of additional weekly bonus is available

Responsibilities will include
-Arriving in the office (located on W. Bluemound in Wauwatosa) each morning promptly at 9 am and receive allotted inventory for the day.
(Each Rep is limited to 10 cell phones per day)
From there go to one of the booths we have in the community at either a retail or non profit organization and assist people in qualifying for these free phones.
-Once you have given out your 10 phones for the day you are free to go home and receive the full days pay.
-At the end of the day (5 or 6 pm) on the rare chance you have not qualified all 10 phones you will be required to return them to the office the next morning.
-If someone wants a better phone than the free one provided you are able to upgrade their phone and receive an additional bonus of your own.

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check

We offer a Direct Hire/Full-time position with paid training, Full Benefits package, and a Defined Schedule. This is an hourly paid position with bonus earning potential.

Our Call Center Agent will be able to provide exceptional customer support in order to maintain relationships and increase overall trust and satisfaction. You will be the first contact for all Telecommunications consumers to cover features, usage, and direct consumers to the appropriate resources. Urgent Hire for local call center Inbound calls from current customers of wireless products troubleshooting / very light upselling

Office hours run:

Monday -Friday 11am EST - 11pm EST

100% Attendance is required during training

Paid Training is 8 weeks long.

9am to 6 pm Mon - Fri

5 weeks of classroom(learning the system; not taking calls) 9 am to 6 pm

4 weeks of nesting (taking calls with someone shadowing them) 11 am to 8 pm

After training work schedule will be

11-8 or 2-11. Must be flexible to work either shift assigned.

The pay is based on hours worked as follows

Rate of pay in training:

- The first 4 weeks are paid at $12.00 per hour.

- The 4 weeks of nesting are paid at $13.50 per hour.

- Rate of Pay is based on a pay is based on a true system



- $15.00 per hour is top tier working 36 hours or more.

- $13.50 per hour is middle tier= working 35.9 hours- 32 hours. - $12.00 per hour is bottom tier = working less than 32 hours

English Speaking - Pay is $14.00/hour

No complex billing questions. No healthcare experience required. Microsoft Team Meeting experience is a plus!

IDEAL CANDIDATES
1. 1 + years call center experience
2. 1 + years of customer service experience (empathy exp a huge +)
3. 1 + year of computer proficiency experience
4. 1 + years of healthcare experience is PREFERRED but not required
