A little late posting this one but here is a huge job we completed. We did a complete tear off of old siding installed all new midnight siding with all white soffit facia and trim. Tore out old porch and block wall dug new footer poured a new footer wall and porch cap. Then also removed sidewalk approach walk and steps and replaced with all new. Love how this one turned out. Did a complete tear off and had to replace a few sheets of plywood due to some rotted areas. Installed new ice and water shield on eaves and vallleys new synthetic felt and Cambridge burnt sienna shingles. Installed new OC ventsure for ventilation. Also did all new soffit and facia on entire home. Thank you again Marilynn Short for your business.
