Waited along time to use all the skid steer attachments on the same job…

▪️improved flow on water way

Project transformation Thursday! Was able to keep the trucks busy for a few days! One thing the 90+ heat sure is good for is working in heavy clay ground keeping things moving forward at a rather quick pace no rain delays ect. Project completed is a site prep for a house on grade. We cleared the trees out of the area. Strip the top soil down to the hard pan. Installed a dense break rock and granite over the top. Placed the top soil around the building pad. Compacted site. Ready for concrete crew / plumbers. Stratford, Wi

1,2,3 transformation Thursday. Site prep for a new 30’x70’ building. Landowner removed the first building that was there ( 24’x24’ ). We did all tree cutting about a 60’x60’ clearing. Left logs on site for owner. Thankfully it was much cooler temperatures when we did the work. Installed driveway / building pad. About a 6’ cut into the rocky hill side on the one end. Removed brush & tree stumps from site. Job completed in 2.5 days.

Out with the old, in with the new! Site prep for a new building, installed a driveway, demolished an old building that was deteriorated and probably built in the 40s, hauled in a good amount of sand fill, compaction, and replaced soil that was stripped on site around the new building pad. Ready for the concrete crew.
