Another project in the books!

Urban Construction recently completed the building shell for this 60' x 80' Butler® building for Ross Peterson Construction in Hurley, WI. Built with northern Wisconsin weather conditions in mind, the facility features a steeper roof slope and overhangs to help shed heavy lake-effect snow, along with R-49 roof insulation and R-35 wall insulation for year-round performance.

With 16 feet of clearance on the low side and more than 23 feet at the peak, the building provides ample space for maintaining and repairing trucks and equipment.

Our team was excited to assist in your metal building needs as you transitioned to Weston.

We have transitioned into our new home at 5703 Jamar St in Weston. We will continue to "move in" in the coming weeks (and months) but we are operating in Weston now. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the fantastic team of contractors who did the hard work to make this happen. 🏋️‍♂️We recently wrapped up this 14,000 sq. ft. Butler® pre‑engineered metal building for Odyssey Climbing & Fitness in Appleton, WI, and it was a fun one to watch come together.

With a 42’ eave height, the building provides the open vertical clearance needed for Odyssey’s climbing walls, while high‑performance insulation keeps the space comfortable year‑round. We also supported the interior build‑out by fabricating and installing the mezzanine stairs and guardrails, helping bring the full vision to life.

Now that the doors are open, it’s great to see the space being used exactly as intended — full of energy, activity, and people putting the building to work!
