🌱 Another lawn transformation completed by CP Landscaping!

This yard was previously bumpy, uneven, and full of weeds, so we started from the ground up.

🚜 Hauled out the poor existing soil
🌱 Brought in and graded screened topsoil
📐 Properly leveled and prepared the entire yard
🌾 Seeded the new lawn
🟫 Installed straw mats to protect the seed and help with germination

We also ran into an unexpected internet line during the project. We addressed it right away, got it repaired, and made sure everything was taken care of with the customer. Things can happen on a job site — what matters is how you handle them, and we always stand behind our work and take care of our customers.

Now this yard is ready to grow into a completely new lawn. 💪🌱

From bare sand to a clean, level foundation for a new lawn! 🌱

We hauled in fresh black dirt and carefully spread and graded the entire area, transforming this sandy lot into a proper growing base for grass. Now it’s ready for the next step! 💪

Another lawn brought back to life! 🌱

This property had some serious washout issues after the original hydroseed installation, especially on the slopes. We came in, regraded the affected areas, prepared the soil, and installed new grass seed.

To help prevent the same problem from happening again, we finished the slopes with straw erosion-control mats to hold the seed and soil in place while the new lawn establishes. 💪🌱

A little grading, the right seed, and proper erosion control can make a huge difference.

Another lawn done right by CP Landscaping.
