Hometown proud is an understatement

Many know, I personally live in Ringle Wisconsin. I have called this town home for the last 10 years.

Although I’m extremely grateful the tornado ended up turning east missing my house by 1/2 mile… my heart goes out to all of the families affected by the tornado.

I am so proud of my family who were able to help out immediately. My son’s a first responder EMT who ran out the door as soon as the tornado passed as he knew, he needed to help families in our community. My father-in-law picked up my husband with their chainsaws and went to go help clear roads, especially for fire and safety personnel to get into the affected area.

My son’s girlfriend, my daughter and I grabbed water, snack and blankets, and took them to the middle school for the victims being evacuated. Just something small we were able to help with.

Over the last few days I’m just astonished on what the community has done for our small little town. Overwhelming amount of donations dropped off at the Ringle Fire Department/Town Hall for families in need.

Organizations + local families holding fundraisers for disaster relief. So many businesses donating their time and equipment in clean up efforts ♥️

THANK YOU to everyone who has made any type of donation to simply thoughts and prayers for everyone! It will definitely take time to rebuild, but this wonderful community will come back stronger than ever!
