Another Willow Ridge Welcome Home! We handed over the keys to Roman, Danielle and Ella 🐾 today.

During the 2025 Madison Area Parade of Homes we first met Danielle and Roman, they walked into our Lakehouse build in Middleton and struck up a conversation with Matt about all of the things they LOVED about the home. A few days later, they walked through again and introduced themselves to Molli. And the rest is history!

We started the design process with them last August, the foundation was poured in February and today they moved in. We have enjoyed every bit of this journey with them and wish them years of happiness in their new home 🏠

As we take on more projects, Willow Ridge Design Build is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team!

We’re hiring a Part-Time Construction Laborer / Jobsite Tender for approximately 15–20 hours per week with a flexible weekday schedule. *Opportunities for full time work for the right person*

This could be the perfect opportunity for someone who is retired or semi-retired from construction, farming, maintenance, carpentry, or another hands-on career and isn’t quite ready to sit still.

We’re not looking for someone to swing a hammer eight hours a day. We’re looking for a dependable, experienced extra set of hands who understands how a jobsite works, notices what needs to be done, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving forward.

The role will include things like:

Picking up and delivering materials
Jobsite cleanup and organization
Moving and stocking materials
Pulling and backing trailers
Minor repairs and handyman projects
Blocking and light carpentry
Punch-list items
Preparing sites for subcontractors
Maintaining tools, trailers, and equipment
Light jobsite oversight
Being our go-to extra set of hands when needed

Our ideal person is dependable, trustworthy, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, knows their way around basic tools, and can back a trailer with confidence.

If you enjoy construction, like staying busy, and want a flexible part-time position without the commitment of a full-time job, we’d love to talk with you.
