This past week we put the final touches on the Pewaukee project. We removed the concrete front walkway, back patio, apron and the asphalt driveway. New concrete was poured, shortening the apron depth, but widening it for an additional parking stall. The front walkway got some stamped concrete while the back patio got a fresh surface properly sloping water away. The remaining driveway was widened 6ft to allow for two cars to pass side by side and completed in 4” asphalt. Backfilled the edges and graded using some imported screen topsoil, seeded and called it a work of art with several trades coming together!

It starts off with a free consult, where some suggestions are made while expectations are noted. A plan comes together with some renderings and dollar values. It’s not necessarily acceptance to a contract as much as it is trust, however we value that our customers do just that! They trust us to bring their vision to reality! Satisfaction Proven!

Tile is complete! Well, it has been… we just took a few days to enjoy the caribbean as a family last week. Now that we are back, we were able to complete some touch ups and give it a good cleaning. Glass shower doors are a few wks out to finalize it! But it’s turned over to enjoy. How would you describe the final result in one word?

Half bath to a full bath… in the basement! Here we added a shower stall in the basement for a customer. We had a space to put it in, however we had ti get creative with where it landed to allow the finishing surrounding it to work just right. That being said, we nailed it! Installed Sterling Ensemble 36x34 shower kit w/ coordinating door. This involved opening the concrete floor to tie in, add supply lines and rework the supply lines over head feeding the main level bathroom. A wall outside the work see upstairs had to be opened to complete the work but we patched it back up and you would never know! Customer asked for us to drywall the surrounding area, but not the entire ceiling outside the shower space in main bath area. We added an exhaust fan w/ light and the left it ready for paint for the customer to complete as requested!

Can you take the carpeting out, install hardwood and then refinish all the existing hardwood to so it all will match? Yes, we can! Here we removed the dirty pet stained carpeting on this customers purchased home, prepped the subfloor and added white ash hardwood. The flooring all got sanded down and stained so it all matched throughout the main level. Turned out great!

Fresh new flooring! Customer wanted the carpeting out and some LVP in their bathroom and bedroom. Knocked it out in a few hours, move in ready just in time.

We received a call to convert a tub to a shower. Out with the builder grade one piece tub and in with a fresh new Sterling Ensemble shower system and coordinated door. We handled the demo, install and drywall work following painting to complete this one.

Here is the Bath Fitter Gone Wrong bathroom. Yes, you read that correctly. Even though it was still covered under their supposed warranty, I’m certain they wouldn’t stand behind it… we tore out this “one day tub make over system” that was advertised to be laser measured 🤦🏼.

This project was broken into two parts. The tub being handled at the earlier part of the year to get the customer back up and running after the existing tub was leaking, cracked and had black water standing between the slip over cover and original tub. We installed a fresh Sterling tub with new MOEN shower valve following remove soffit, relocate some lighting and the fan, install a new toilet, drywall & paint. Along the way we closed up the walls with custom sized niches & tile backer following tile the walls over tub.

Part two consisted of selecting a custom built Amish vanity which came finished in Mount Etna color by Sherwin Williams. We were able to utilize the entire 82” width of the space and not waste any of it using fillers. The cabinet was complimented with Cambria quartz top with double sinks and coordinated MOEN fixtures in bronzed gold. New mirrors, cabinet hardware & lighting was done following painting the bathroom walls & ceiling. This one turned out great!
