🏗️ Built from the ground up. Designed to last.

Aether Developments recently completed a multi-phase timber wall and concrete project, creating a durable foundation for a new outdoor living space.

The project included excavation and material removal, a 4” limestone base, 5 rows of timber walls reinforced with rebar, and a 23’ × 11’ concrete hot tub pad with a 4” connecting sidewalk. The concrete was reinforced with microfibers and wire mesh before receiving a broom finish.

We also completed form removal and final restoration with topsoil, grass seed, and straw mats, while addressing drainage needs around the hot tub area.

From concrete and excavation to hardscaping, landscaping, and foundations, Aether Developments brings quality and efficiency to every project.

Garage Footing & Slab Built to Last 🏗️✅

Our crew put in the work on this garage project, completing:

* garage footings
* site prep
* reinforced concrete work
* garage slab installation
* three full trucks of concrete
* finishing & cleanup

Three trucks of concrete, one solid foundation. 💪

When it comes to a garage, the foundation matters. Done right from the ground up means strength, durability, and a slab built to handle it for years to come.

Build it once. Build it right with Aether Developments.

Earlier this summer, our Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Jesus Ortiz, and Social Media Manager, Austin Garcia, attended the Wisconsin Builders Association Member Meeting and Celebration of Housing in Madison, Wisconsin.

The event provided a great opportunity to connect with fellow industry professionals, exchange ideas, discuss business and development strategies, and explore new opportunities within Wisconsin’s building and real estate development industries.

Aether Developments looks forward to becoming even more involved with the Wisconsin Builders Association, strengthening industry relationships, and staying connected with the people and organizations helping shape the future of development across Wisconsin.
