❄️ NOW HIRING – SNOW REMOVAL CREW MEMBERS ❄️
We’re gearing up for the winter season and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Snow Removal Operations Team! Whether you’re an experienced operator or just looking to get started, we have positions available.
🚶 Sidewalk Snow Removal Positions
• No experience required – we’ll train you!
• Must be able to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Must be available for all snow events (on-call position)
• Driver’s license not required
• Candidates with a valid license and clean driving record qualify for higher pay
• Pay Rate: $25–$35/hr (based on experience & driving status)
• End-of-Season Bonus for attendance and quality work
🚜 Truck / Skid Steer/ Wheel Loader Operator Positions
• Minimum 3 year of experience required
• Must be able to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Must be available for all snow events (on-call position)
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Pay Rate: $35–$50/hr (based on experience and piece of equipment)
• End-of-Season Bonus for attendance and quality work
🧂 Salt Truck Operator Positions
• Responsible for salting routes after plowable events
• Typically, 3–4 hour shifts per event
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be reliable and available after snow events
• Minimum 3 year of experience required
• Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr (based on experience)
• End-of-Season Bonus for attendance and performance
